1998 Bored Bills Billboard-ament Part 1: ”The Initial Round”

Just as the real life March Madness tournament is in full heat, the Bored Bills are putting together their own important tournament of note - Only difference is that ours is made up of 16 of the best randomly selected songs from the Year End Top 100 Billboard Songs of 1998 List.  We're talking extremely competitive songs by artists of such status as Backstreet Boys, Missy Elliott, Madonna, Busta Rhymes, Sarah McLachlan, Spice Girls and a few others!
